A perfect family holiday house and pool that is shared with neighbouring house Casa Palmera. For those who have already spent summers in Tarifa, pools are few and far between, and highly sought after on the windier days that Tarifa is so famous for. This house is a find!
Casa del Arte could not be in a better position, at the start of La Peña it is walking distance (600m) to the beaches and just a 10 minute drive into Tarifa town. The furniture in the house has been conditioned and is fashionably distressed, this whitewashed look gives the house an authentic seaside feel.
The house comfortably sleeps six people with a double room and bathroom downstairs, and the master double and twin bedroom share a bathroom upstairs.
The sitting room has a fabulous picture window looking out towards the coastline, with all the home comforts of satellite TV and an open fireplace for colder months. The bedrooms and the terrace enjoy this same spectacular panoramic view of the beaches, the town and Morocco in the distance.
There is a third house next door where the owner lives with her photographer husband, they are at hand to answer any questions and offer help if needed. In the summer the owner offers impressive art camps for children in the area, giving parents the opportunity for relaxation and some time off!
The gardens are stunning and mature; this is not a wild Tarifa countryside property but a well looked after colourful home with a garden that provides shade, opportunities for sunbathing, swimming and protection from the wind.
Can be rented with Casa Palmera to sleep up to 10 guests.

End cleaning is included for stays of a week or longer; for stays of less than one week it is 75€. However, in all cases you are responsible for keeping the property and all its contents in the same state of cleanliness, repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday. The owner reserves the right to make deductions from the security deposit for any extra cleaning, over the number of hours committed to departure cleaning.
