Property Description

Characterful, traditional Andalucian property located in the heart of Tarifa old town; decorated in a Moorish, Al-Andalus style and arranged around a central patio with a fabulous roof terrace!

It is possible to rent the house in its entirety, or by the room, sleeping up to 12 guests. The house has three floors, with the two studio apartments on the ground floor, two bedrooms on the first floor and two bedrooms on the the second floor and the roof terraces. All bedrooms have their own private en suite bathrooms and on the first floor there is a 17m2 open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room.

The house’s kitchen is well-equipped with an electric range & gas hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher & microwave. There is a breakfast bar & large dining table for eating, as well as additional eating on the roof terrace.

The roof terrace is a dreamy spot to start your day, for some yoga or early morning contemplation, sundowners; whatever takes your fancy, with sun loungers, bean bags, bbq and al fresco dining area. From the second and third floor terraces one enjoys exciting views over the town and the houses, the labyrinth that is the old town, the port, Africa and the Ocean.

The location of the property means that it can be noisy, so if you are looking for quiet this may not be the house for you (bedrooms are all at the back of the house, only studio one leads on to the street). However if you are wanting to enjoy eating out at the fabulous restaurants and tapas bars, tasting the spectacular Taco Way’s cocktails, early morning surfs at Balneario beach this is most definitely your spot!

Room 3 on the First Floor : 130 x 190cm double bed; En suite bathroom with a deep marble bath and marble mosaic shower
Room 4 on the First Floor : 150cm x 200cm double bed (bunk style up high); Single bed 90 x 200cm which can double as a daybed or for an extra guest; En suite bathroom with green marble shower

Minimum stay is three nights

End cleaning is included in the cost.  However, in all cases you are responsible for keeping the property and all its contents in the same state of cleanliness, repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday. The owner reserves the right to make deductions from the security deposit for any extra cleaning, over the number of hours committed to departure cleaning.

PLEASE NOTE:

There is no car access to this property, it is located on a pedestrian street. It is possible to get close and drop bags, but if you are not a confident driver the old town is very narrow. I would always recommend parking outside of the castle walls of the old town.
