Set in the hills on the other side of the road from Valdevaqueros Beach and bordering with the Natural Cork Forest this is a fabulous location. Wood runs heavy, as this is another of Tarifa’s fab pre fabs!
The house is modern in design with a large open plan sitting room, dining room and well equipped kitchen. The two bedrooms lead off from this area, the master bedroom is ensuite (150 x 200cm bed) and the twin bedroom uses the bathroom off the sitting room (a third bed can be added to the twin room).
The selling point here without a doubt is the outdoor space, the garden and terraces and the infinity pool and those views..

End cleaning is included in the cost, except for stays of less than one week when the owner charges 75€. However, in all cases you are responsible for keeping the property and all its contents in the same state of cleanliness, repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday. The owner reserves the right to make deductions from the security deposit for any extra cleaning, over the number of hours committed to departure cleaning.

There is a 600€ security deposit in the event of any breakages or damage whilst staying at the property, this is refundable on departure if the house is returned in good condition with no damages or breakages.
