This very special Andalusian Farmhouse offers a relaxing, enjoyable and stress-free environment at just ten minutes’ drive from Tarifa’s famous beaches. The electric gates ensure absolute privacy during your stay. An avenue of forty palms leads to the main entrance, which opens into a beautiful shaded courtyard with tropical planting and swaying palms. A long wisteria covered terrace opens onto the lawned swimming pool area, set in an old orange orchard which is fenced and gated. This pool is an idyllic temperature during the summer months. Wooden sun beds are in the pool area and this long shaded terrace provides the ideal spot for lunch.

There is accommodation for up to fourteen people, and some extras if necessary, in four different sections – all with their own theme and immensely stylish. The bougainvillea suite with a four poster king size double bed, high ceilings and plenty of natural light through the picture windows with views over the oleander-filled walled courtyard. The surfer’s cottage which is wonderfully quirky; decorated with real flair using original pieces and marine antiques and lastly two courtyard cottages that are elegant, rustic and colonial in feel. 

The Finca is 80.000m2 and has so many fabulous corners and terraces, some with shade and some without. There are so many divine spots one can enjoy meals – the wisteria terrace by the pool, the impressive shaded terraces by the courtyard cottage and surfers cottage and lastly the BBQ terrace – perhaps it is just best to rotate?!

The swimming pool is located off this main courtyard in the old orange grove and secured with a gate, giving peace of mind to families that are travelling with young children. In the stable courtyard there is a delightful treehouse with a homemade “snakes and ladders” set and behind this third courtyard is the astro turf tennis court (tennis racquets and balls are usually left on the court, but if you are keen we recommend you bring your own). 

Other notable features are the orange grove with table tennis table, a sand pit, stunning mature gardens and more wild, untamed fields that lead to idyllic streams. Plenty of animals; horses to groom; glorious walks close to the house that have direct access to Tarifa’s Natural Parks, this is a truly a very special property.

Surfer’s Cottage: Cottage off the stable yard with two bedrooms, large open-plan sitting room and dining room that lead off onto a fabulous shaded terrace 40m2. 

Courtyard Cottage I:  A double room with en-suite bathroom and adjoining twin room. Access to the cottage is from the main courtyard of the property or from the parking area behind the cottage through the kitchen. The main bedroom opens onto a long waded terrace and is spacious enough for an additional bed. 

Courtyard Cottage II:  A double room with en-suite bathroom and adjoining twin room with bunk beds (there is a trundle bed for an additional guest).  The main bedroom opens onto a long waded terrace and is spacious enough for an additional bed. 

Bougainvillea Suite:  Luxury double room with four-poster bed and en-suite bathroom. This suite has a private sun-bathing terrace overlooking the lap-pool terrace.
