Bolonia is a small fishing hamlet, celebrated for its turquoise waters, gigantic sand dune interspersed with pine forests and natural baths. The beach is not the only attraction in Bolonia, there are some exceptional Roman ruins too at “Baelo Claudia”. They are in fact the most comprehensive archaeological remains of a Roman town in the whole of the Iberian Peninsula. The backdrop of the Natural Straits of Gibraltar Park and the coastline of Morocco only help to enhance this majestic experience. This is a unique spot from which to enjoy your holidays.
The house consists of one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, plus a TV room with 2m by 2m built into the bedroom bed, ideal for kids and a delicious afternoon siesta (and doubles as the third bedroom).
Downstairs has a spacious and comfortable seating area with massive picture windows to enjoy the view of the swimming pool and garden. Resulting in a light and bright home, there is an open-fireplace for colder months (this property is available for rent all year round). Decor is modern, with clean lines, and so stylish that it has graced the pages of Decoration and Interior magazines around the world.
The house is well equipped with all the mod cons a family or group of friends could need.

End cleaning is 80€ for all bookings. However, in all cases you are responsible for keeping the property and all its contents in the same state of cleanliness, repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday. The owner reserves the right to make deductions from the security deposit for any extra cleaning, over the number of hours committed to departure cleaning.
Whilst it is not necessary to use a car once one gets to the house as restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. There is limited variety in Bolonia and in lower season lots of the restaurants only open at the weekend, if at all. I would always recommend renting a car, it gives one more freedom to explore.
