Funky beachside apartment for six people in an unbeatable location by Los Lances and close to the local favourite, “Waikiki” Chiringuito.
Whilst the exterior of the building is not that inviting the apartment itself is a gem; with white walls with bold art, natural fibres, funky blankets and cool patterns, furniture clashes and matches to winning effect. It is a stylishly curated and well-loved home, with a bohemian and relaxed feel, at just a stones through to Tarifa 14km long stretch of white sandy beach.
The apartment is unusually spacious for Tarifa, with a cosy TV and reading room, an open-plan dining room and sitting room that lead onto the small terrace, complete with sea views. There are three comfortable bedrooms – two double bedrooms and one twin. There is a large bathroom with shower and WC and an additional independent WC.
The kitchen is large and modern with an oven, four hob electric stove top, fridge, freezer, wine fridge; everything you could need for a holiday, and ideal for those who enjoy buying local produce and cooking at home. The food market in Tarifa old town is a five minute walk from the house. Tarifa has some excellent restaurants and bars, most of them refreshingly good value.
This would make an excellent holiday rental for any family, with the advantage that you do not need a car – you can enjoy the beach on your doorstep and visit the old town at your ease without worrying about finding a parking spot.

It is also an ideal winter rental as you are next to the “big air” kite spot in Balneario and some of the best surf in the area – there are two shops at less than a five minute walk from the apartment to rent your surfboard, what better way to start the morning than with an invigorating winter surf.. If neither of these options attract, just watching the “big air” kiters is also exhilarating!

End cleaning is not included in the price and is 100€ for all bookings. You are responsible for keeping the property and all its contents in the same state of cleanliness, repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday. The owner reserves the right to make deductions from the security deposit for any extra cleaning, over the number of hours committed to departure cleaning.
