Property Description

Two fabulous 100m2 apartments located in La Vega at the entrance to Tarifa and above the fabulous antique furniture store Bombay Arte. These apartments are brand new and will be available for rent from June 2021.

The apartments are extremely stylish, decorated in antiques from around the world.  They both have a master bedroom with super kingsize bed and two twin beds. Stunning bathrooms with Italian marble floors, hydraulic tiles in the shower, a marble antique sink and charming fittings from India. The living areas are open plan and decorated with teak furniture, Persian rugs, illuminated roof latticing, deep and comfortable Tapidisseny sofas and a 55″ smart TV. The kitchens are well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, orange juicer and coffee machine.

There is a laundry area which is shared between the two apartments, with two washing machines and one dryer. The roof terrace is furnished with sun loungers and an area for alfresco dining. New for 2022 was a swimming pool, shared between the two apartments. This property works extremely well for guests with mobility issues, with parking outside the property and a lift to reach the apartment on the first floor and the roof terrace on the second floor.

Guests have easy access to the large supermarkets and organic fruit shops close to the house, there are also some incredible boutique food shops in La Vega – JD Mackintosh Tuna and an Italian wholesale food shop – the beach bars “Gaia” and Carbone 13″ are a 5 min walk at Los Lances Beach, the old town is a 10/15 min walk.

These two properties are a very special addition to the rental market in Tarifa; with a decoration that is unique and fabulous for a truly spoiling summer. There is a swimming pool on the roof terrace which is shared between the apartments.

Please note that this property is close to Cafe del Mar; it has been fully sound proofed and the windows are of the highest quality Climalit with noise protection 56DB.

End cleaning is not included in the cost, it is 60€ for all bookings.  However, in all cases you are responsible for keeping the property and all its contents in the same state of cleanliness, repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday. The owner reserves the right to make deductions from the security deposit for any extra cleaning, over the number of hours committed to departure cleaning.

“Bombay Boutique apartment was very nicely decorated, spacious and well equipped with comfortable beds, new smart TV and a fully functional kitchen. The shower is fantastic! They have a laundry facility upstairs which was very useful for us because we stayed for 12 days. There are two big grocery stores near by, shops and restaurants and parking right in front of the entrance (wonderful for Tarifa in August). ”

50% balance payment to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Security deposit
There is a 500€ security deposit in the event of any breakages or damage whilst staying at the property, this is refundable within seven days of departure by bank transfer if the house is returned in good condition with no damages or breakages.

 

Cancellation Terms

50% confirmation deposit of booking is non-refundable
50% balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival

We recommend all clients take out travel insurance for their stay.
