Located at the entrance to Tarifa, guests have easy access to the large supermarkets and organic fruit shops, beaches and the old town, but almost most importantly the apartment has its own parking outside the front door.
The apartment is on the first floor of a warehouse and opens on to the large open-plan kitchen and sitting room. The kitchen is very well equipped with an American style fridge / freezer, five burner hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, there is an island which doubles as a breakfast bar with stools. The massive L-shaped sofa could happily fit 10 people, with comfy cushions and views of Los Lances that might make you never want to leave.
There is a dining area with seating for ten and additional seating on the roof terrace. In addition to this, there is a study and a TV snug room, which has a shoji room divider for privacy and can convert into the fourth double bedroom with the two ornate and comfortable Indian mattresses.
The bedrooms are all beautifully decorated with plenty of light and wardrobe space. There are a twin and two double bedrooms; the master bedroom’s furnishings and size make it feel luxurious, as do its en-suite bathroom and private terrace.
This is a very special addition to the rental market in Tarifa, with a decoration that is unique and fabulous for a truly spoiling summer.
Please note that this property is close to Cafe del Mar and in the twin bedroom it is possible to hear a bit of the noise (windows 6+6+6 noise protection).

End cleaning is included in the cost. However, in all cases you are responsible for keeping the property and all its contents in the same state of cleanliness, repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday. The owner reserves the right to make deductions from the security deposit for any extra cleaning, over the number of hours committed to departure cleaning.

There is a 1.000€ security deposit in the event of any breakages or damage whilst staying at the property, this is refundable within seven days of departure by bank transfer if the house is returned in good condition with no damages or breakages.
