Situated in one of the most beautiful spots in Southern Spain, Casa Amanecer enjoys breathtaking views of the Straits of Gibraltar and the African continent.
The property sits on a plot of 2.200m2 of lawn, cork oak trees and banana plants; it enjoys 560m2 of terraces, more than the actual interior space which is a very spacious 450m2. It is located in a private urbanisation in the natural park “Los Alcornocales”, just 8 km from one of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa De La Luz and the picturesque seaside town of Tarifa.
El Cuarton is positioned on a mountainside, so the property is staggered over three floors and the garden can be accessed from two of them. On arrival at the property, go down some steps to the front door and access to the living area; the fabulous open plan kitchen and dining room, living room, hall, cloakroom and up a few steps is a twin bedroom with bathroom. Downstairs there are three double bedrooms with two bathrooms (one en-suite), a walk-in dressing room for the master bedroom and a separate WC. All of the bedrooms have sliding glass doors that lead out to the pool area and garden, so they are wonderfully bright and airy. The fifth bedroom is on the top floor of the house, it has its own bathroom and an enormous terrace and picture-perfect large windows to enjoy the view across to Africa.

End cleaning is 250€ for all bookings, however, in all cases you are responsible for keeping the property and all its contents in the same state of cleanliness, repair and condition, as at the commencement of the holiday. The owner reserves the right to make deductions from the security deposit for any extra cleaning, over the number of hours committed to departure cleaning.
