Beautiful property finished in 2018 at just 200 metres from Tarifa’s historic old town and 800m from the town beaches.
Finished in a traditional style, the house sleeps six people in three ensuite double bedrooms (one is a twin room). There is lots of natural light and green spaces throughout the property, with a splendid garden, balcony and roof terrace complete with sea views.
The downstairs is of an open plan design; with kitchen, dining room and sitting room, that look out onto the tropical garden with palms and banana trees. Decoration is colourful and inviting.
All the bedrooms have en – suite bathrooms and are tastefully furnished in muted, neutral tones.
Parking San Sebastian is opposite the house and one can book a parking spot for your stay, at approx 16€ 24h in high season.
Price per night
End cleaning is not included in the cost; it is 100€ for all bookings and should be paid in cash on arrival at the property. However, in all cases you are responsible for keeping the property and all its contents in the same state of cleanliness, repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday. The owner reserves the right to make deductions from the security deposit for any extra cleaning, over the number of hours committed to departure cleaning.
“What an amazing stay. What stands out is that all three bedrooms were huge and the same size with the same big bathrooms. There is no fighting over which room to have here. They are all the same size. The location is great..easy drive out to the big beaches, and short stroll to the old town. Or a quick 5 mins walk to the more central beaches. Also top of the road are the most amazing amount of small boutique shops. The tropical garden is stunning and every room is very tastefully decorated. We will 100% stay here again. Communication was perfect, fast and helpful and they arranged taxis to the airport for us.”
“The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures with many nice touches and details. Everything has been spotless, the beds and bedding are good quality, the kitchen is fully equipped (incl salt/pepper/oil etc.), there are even additional beach towels for everyone. The balcony is great, the roof terrace with sea views on three sides as well (when it's not too windy). Wifi works fine. Location in the old town is great. The owner is very responsive, and usually responds within a few minutes. Let us stay beyond regular check-out time for our late flight home. In short: perfect experience.”
