The house is fully enclosed with an electric gate and has discreet access from the road, but is within a 10 minute drive of Tarifa town. End cleaning is not included in the cost, it is 150€ for all bookings. However, in all cases you are responsible for keeping the property and all its contents in the same state of cleanliness, repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday. The owner reserves the right to make deductions from the security deposit for any extra cleaning, over the number of hours committed to departure cleaning.
This property is easily accessible on a paved road within an urbanisation. It is a gated property with shade for cars.
