The house is modern having been masterfully refurbished inn 2018 into a chic five-bedroom and four- bathroom home, with an emphasis on stylish simplicity, solid comfort, and the celebration of those exquisite sea views.
This is a property with heart, the creative owner has paid such attention to detail and with careful architectural design has maximised space and privacy. This house works brilliantly for two families or guests with mobility issues, as there is living space and a kitchen on both the ground floor and the first floor.
The house is split into three floors, one can enter via the ground or first floor, the ground floor consists of three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, a sitting room and a kitchen, this area looks out onto the garden and swimming pool. The first floor which is the main entrance to the house has a large open plan living room with high ceilings, sofas, a desk, open plan kitchen / bar area and dining room with access to a terrace with a seating area. The whole of the front of the house opens up so it gives the house a real beach house feel to it. ON the first floor there is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, that enjoys a romantic rooftop terrace that offer superb views out to the beach, the Ocean, Tangiers and the dramatic Atlas Mountains.
The location of the house could not be better, at just 350 metres from the Playa de Los Lances and Tarifa’s iconic ‘Surla’Room 1 : 1 bed 180 x 200cm breakfast spot. And it is only a ten minute walk into Tarifa old town if you want some of the local ambience and fiesta, to eat well or shop till you drop..
The property is fitted with quality fittings and hi-tech touches, a TV projector, Apple TV, a Marshall and Bose music system and the latest technologies in wifi connections.
There is street parking outside the house which is free all year round

Final cleaning is not included in the price, it is 120€ for all bookings. However, in all cases you are responsible for keeping the property and all its contents in the same state of cleanliness, repair and condition as at the start of the vacation. The owner reserves the right to make deductions from the security deposit for any extra cleaning, over the number of hours committed for cleaning on departure.

Check-in: from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm* on the date of arrival
Check-out: 12:00 noon on the date of departure.
*Arrivals after 20:00 must be advised in advance and agreed by email with Tarifa Beach Houses.
50% deposit is payable at the time of booking, non-refundable.
50% of the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
We recommend that all clients take out travel insurance for their stay.
Security Deposit
There is a deposit of 1.000€ in case of breakage or damage during the stay in the property that should be paid in cash on arrival at the property, this is refundable on departure if the property is returned in a good condition without damages or breakages.
The confirmation deposit of 50% of the reservation is non-refundable.
The balance payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival, the client forfeits the full amount if cancellation occurs within 8 weeks prior to arrival.
