Modern and compact living in this two bedroom, two bathroom bolthole in La Peña, behind Punta Sur. Despite its size the casita has been organised in such a way that you will lack for nothing; a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable sitting room and dining area. The large terrace is ideal for spreading out from the house; there is a table and chairs for mealtimes, sun loungers and a massive corner sofa that is well protected from Tarifa’s infamous winds.
The casita is southwest facing positioned between the Natural Cork Forest and the expansive Tarifa beaches, 14km of white sand and enormous sand dunes. Peaceful location yet close to the activity of the beaches and Tarifa town.
Design and decor is clean and contemporary and equally comfortable in winter or summer, equipped with both heating, a wood-burning stove and air conditioning for the hotter months.
Casita el Estrecho is the perfect haven for those who enjoy a beautifully designed tiny home, with phenomenal walks from the back of the house up the mountains or down to the beach, this is a stylish home in a very natural surrounding.

End cleaning is included in the price. However, in all cases you are responsible for keeping the property and all its contents in the same state of cleanliness, repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday. The owner reserves the right to make deductions from the security deposit for any extra cleaning, over the number of hours committed to departure cleaning.
Renting a car is an absolute necessity at this property, I would recommend a car that is slightly higher off the ground, such as a Citroen Berlingo, Peugeot Partner something of this kind or even just the simple Fiat Panda. This property is accessed via a country track.
