It is the family home of the Larios family built by Ernesto Larios at the turn of the 1900’s. The house and estate is still owned and run by the Agnew-Larios family now into its 6th generation. The estate overlooks the bay of Gibraltar and is a “working” cattle and cork oak forest farm situated in a natural park between Sotogrande and the beaches of Tarifa. There are fabulous walks to be enjoyed on the estate in the cork forest up to the Thirteenth century Moorish look out tower and around the reservoir, which is wonderful for wild swimming and enjoying the swooping vultures and clacking storks that have made this area their home.

The owners live in a wing of the property, they have their own garden and parking which is fenced off and keep to themselves unless of course you need any assistance, or have any questions about the house, estate or area and then they will be delighted to help in any way.

End cleaning is included in the cost. However, in all cases you are responsible for keeping the property and all its contents in the same state of cleanliness, repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday. The owner reserves the right to make deductions from the security deposit for any extra cleaning, over the number of hours committed to departure cleaning.
