This stunning apartment for 6 people can be found at the entrance to the old town, 50 metres from the archway “Puerta de Jerez”. The house has been decorated in a contemporary fashion using natural colours and materials, to stunning effect.
Ideal for a group of friends or a family with older children. The kitchen is very basic with a simple hob and small fridge, but there are plenty of economical tapas bars within a 20 metre walk from the apartment.
The living space in the apartment is unbeatable with a spacious sitting room and an unbeatable roof terrace. One would never know staying here that you were so close to all the action. A peaceful and charming place to stay.
There is a second bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor which sleeps up to four people in two single beds and one double and is accessed independently.
Access to the first floor is by an outdoor staircase from the central courtyard, which is shared with the house opposite, also owned by the same owner and available for rent to sleep up to 12 people – Casa Karmen.
This property can be rented with Casa Karmen to sleep up to 12 guests.

End cleaning is not included in the cost; it is 75€ for all bookings. In all cases you are responsible for keeping the property and all its contents in the same state of cleanliness, repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday. The owner reserves the right to make deductions from the security deposit for any extra cleaning, over the number of hours committed to departure cleaning.
One can drive to outside the property to drop bags, however it is also close walking from Puerta de Jerez. The old town is quite nerve-wracking as streets are extremely narrow. I always tell people to park outside the old town as there is limited parking. Parking San Sebastian is a good option as it is close by.

“Totally recommendable. It is a spacious house, tastefully decorated, bright and clean. There were indoor plants in the spacious and outdoor common areas that make the house very relaxing. Its location is unbeatable. The kitchens are small so I do not recommend that you consider making very elaborate meals or for many people. For breakfast and a snack are fine. No doubt if we return to Tarifa we will repeat the house”
“This house is in Old Town and near the harbour. Very convenient for catching the ferry to Tangier, which we did. There were great shops close by and lots of restaurants. The house is eclectically decorated and very well done. I really enjoyed the house and its amenities. It easily handled our group of nine family members. We wished we could have stayed longer in Tarifa.”
