Perched on the side of a mountain this family home enjoys fabulous views down a leafy valley across to Jebel Musa and the Straits of Gibraltar. A four bedroomed house in lovely grounds with a pool, a trampoline, a swing and plenty of books, games and toys to keep both adults and little ones entertained.
The house is distributed over three floors, with bedrooms on all three floors; the living space is on the ground floor, there is a large open plan kitchen, with access to the terrace – the best spot to enjoy watching the sun rise over the valley with your morning coffee.
There are fruit trees and herbs growing in the garden, which you’re welcome to plunder for your self-catered meals. You’ll be pushed to find a better base for a week of beach and family R&R.
Price per night
August 575€
End cleaning is not included in the cost and is 200€ for all bookings. However, in all cases you are responsible for keeping the property and all its contents in the same state of cleanliness, repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday. The owner reserves the right to make deductions from the security deposit for any extra cleaning, over the number of hours committed to departure cleaning.
Check-in: from 16.00 to 20.00* on arrival date
Check-out: by 11:00 am on departure date
*Arrivals after 20:00 must be advised in advance and agreed by Email with Tarifa Beach Houses.

Security Deposit
There is a 600€ security deposit in the event of any breakages or damage whilst staying at the property, this is refundable on departure if the house is returned in good condition with no damages or breakages.
