This stylish farmhouse is just two minutes from Punta Paloma, one of Tarifa’s most beautiful beaches, while still close to all the action. Its amazing location make it the ideal starting point for excursions, rock climbing, hiking and surfing. The property is divided into the main house and an independent casita, both with two bedrooms, with contemporary decoration and traditional charm. Everything about this cosy place is designed to make you unwind and relax!
The main house is spacious and bright, with an open plan kitchen and living room, large french doors leading to the private terrace with gorgeous views of the countryside.
The ground floor has a dining room, one double bedroom and en suite bathroom plus an independent WC. Up a romantic ladder is the master bedroom in the attic, which has been beautifully designed in wood and inviting textiles. There is a quiet and luminous corner that can be used as a work space.
The Casita is just across the garden from the main house. Once the stables it has been recently converted into a guest house with its own entrance and en suite bathroom. The outdoor terrace shares a kitchenette and a small, quiet seating area
Set in an expansive, protected natural park, there are only a few houses in the direct neighbourhood. The house has lots of privacy with 4000m2 of private land. There is a big terrace with furniture which makes the garden a delightful place to be.
The private drive way in front of the house has space for several cars to park.

Additional costs: End cleaning 150€
Security deposit (refundable) 400€
End cleaning is not included in the cost and is 150€ for all bookings. However, in all cases you are responsible for keeping the property and all its contents in the same state of cleanliness, repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday. The owner reserves the right to make deductions from the security deposit for any extra cleaning, over the number of hours committed to departure cleaning.
