Property Description

Delightful little cottage for one person at the Los Majales property; positioned at the top of the La Peña mountainside away from the crowds.

Refurbished in 2017 this property whilst small, has been cleverly designed utilising the space. There is a single bed, kitchenette, small table and chair and attic space with a mattress from where one can enjoy the views whilst inside the property. Beautifully maintained and attentive owners to look after guests every need.

The terrace and views from this property are extremely special with views looking over La Peña and out to Santuario de la Luz and the stunning natural cork forest. Clients have their own terrace with garden furniture and there is an additional eagle’s nest terrace that perches on the side of the property, and genuinely I cannot think of a better spot from which to enjoy a sundowner.

Los Majales I is next door to Los Majales II and is on the same property as Casa Alcornoque  – it is possible to sleep up to 15 people between the three properties.

Rates & End Cleaning

End cleaning is included in the cost. However, in all cases you are responsible for keeping the property and all its contents in the same state of cleanliness, repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday. The owner reserves the right to make deductions from the security deposit for any extra cleaning, over the number of hours committed to departure cleaning.


Renting a car is an absolute necessity at this property, I would recommend a car that is slightly higher off the ground, such as a Citroen Berlingo, Peugeot Partner something of this kind or even just the simple Fiat Panda. This property is accessed via a country track and up a steep hill.

*Arrivals after 20:00 must be advised in advance and agreed by Email with Tarifa Beach Houses.

Booking Terms

50% non-refundable deposit to be paid by bank transfer, the remaining 50% to be paid eight weeks prior to arrival.

Security Deposit
There is a 250€ security deposit in the event of any breakages or damage whilst staying at the property, this is refundable within seven days of departure.
We recommend all clients take out a travel insurance for their holiday.

Cancellation Terms

50% confirmation deposit of booking is non-refundable
Balance payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival, client loses full amount if cancellation is within the eight weeks prior to arrival.
