This little country home is a charming and quaint retreat; with thoughtful decoration, well equipped and ideal for a couple or family with young children looking for nature at a sensible price.
The house is located in Facinas, a district of Tarifa, in the Natural Cork Forest. The main beaches, Bolonia – with its impressive Roman ruins -and Punta Paloma – a kite and windsurfing spot – are just 15 minutes away by car. An advantage of this house is its easy access, completely paved, which allows you to be in the center of Tarifa in just 15 minutes.
The house is in front of the Tornos Recreational Park, a rural area but with other houses close by. The property opens onto a small courtyard with a shaded area and an outside sofa and a table for dining. The house is 60m2 of open-plan living, the sitting room with sofa bed and log burning stove, a kitchen with dining area and the bedroom with a 160cm four poster bed. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower. Next to the kitchen is a utility room with a washing machine and access to the back garden with wooden deck and palm trees.

End cleaning is 50€ for all bookings. However, in all cases you are responsible for keeping the property and all its contents in the same state of cleanliness, repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday. The owner reserves the right to make deductions from the security deposit for any extra cleaning, over the number of hours committed to departure cleaning.
This property is accessed easily off a paved road. I would always recommend renting a car, this is a rural location. Fabulous bike routes all around the property.
