Paloma Baja’s sweeping ocean views and relaxed vibe make it one of Tarifa’s most sought-after areas for holiday renters, while its white sandy beaches are some of Tarifa’s best. This 4-bedroom home is a rare find, right on the beach – a favourite with those avoiding the wind and the kite surfers. The owners have created a comfortable and stylish home: a breezy open-plan affair, with a well equipped kitchen and picture windows to maximise the natural light and appreciate the views. There are four bedrooms, two of which are ensuite. For winter there is a fireplace, central heating and masses of board games and toys to keep the kid’s entertained.
If you just want to stay here and unwind, it’s heaven: poolside loungers, garden sofas, the pool and a trampoline for the children and a hammock for sunset views. The drive to the property is an experience in itself; passing behind the enormous Punta Paloma sand dune, it is a great privilege to stay in this wild and wonderful area.
Tarifa town and the busy beaches of Valdevaqueros, Bolonia and Los Lances are a world away from this blissfully relaxed section of the coastline. With its unspoilt vibe, small fish restaurants it is an ideal spot for a quiet beach holiday. El Mirlo and Justito de Copas are a short walk from the house, or take the car to Tarifa town with more modern European cuisine, boutiques and nightlife.

End cleaning is not included in the cost and is 200€ for all bookings. However, in all cases you are responsible for keeping the property and all its contents in the same state of cleanliness, repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday. The owner reserves the right to make deductions from the security deposit for any extra cleaning, over the number of hours committed to departure cleaning.

Security Deposit
There is a 1.000€ security deposit in the event of any breakages or damage whilst staying at the property, this is refundable on departure if the house is returned in good condition with no damages or breakages.
