This practical and charming property is located at a ten minute walk from Playa de Los Lances, one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe, and the historic old town of Tarifa. The benefits of not needing a car in Tarifa are numerous!
The house was fully refurbished in 2020 as a family home, so it ticks all the boxes for an easy break in this buzzing little surf town. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms for guests – two doubles and one twin. They are all on the first floor of the property and the downstairs is an open plan living space with kitchen, dining room and sitting room that lead out onto a shaded terrace with garden seating and eating. There is also a large lawned shared garden and swimming pool (the pool is open from mid June until the end of August).
So many things make holidaying here a delight. The house is well set up for self-catering, with indoor and outdoor tables, and all the kit – even juicers and blenders. But if you want a break from cooking, there are fabulous restaurants within an easy walk. Tarifa is extremely family friendly; all the waiting staff love small children, so eating out can be enjoyable! We can also organise a baby sitter if you would rather dine out a deux.
The house has some gorgeous local artists work and has been stylishly decorated in Provenzal tones. Tarifa new town is a beguiling jumble of sun-dappled squares, crumbling townhouses and laundry-strung lanes. You can enjoy the feasting and wine tasting in the buzzing old town, before you amble back to your quiet residential abode.
There is parking for one car outside the property.

End cleaning is not included in the price, it is 100€ for all bookings. However, in all cases you are responsible for keeping the property and all its contents in the same state of cleanliness, repair and condition as at the start of the vacation. The owner reserves the right to make deductions from the security deposit for any extra cleaning, over the number of hours committed for cleaning on departure.

There is a deposit of 500€ in case of breakage or damage during the stay in the property that should be paid in cash on arrival at the property, this is refundable on departure if the property is returned in a good condition without damages or breakages.
The confirmation deposit of 50% of the reservation is non-refundable.
The balance payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival, the client forfeits the full amount if cancellation occurs within 8 weeks prior to arrival.
