Casa Karmen can be found on a narrow street located just 10 metres from the Puerta de Jerez and the castle walls that enclose the old town. One reaches the house passing through an archway (good spot to leave buggies, surf kit or bikes) into an open courtyard, shared with Karmen Terrace Apartment.
This three bedroom house is distributed over three floors; the ground floor has an open plan kitchen and sitting room that lead on to the private rear garden, a terrace with deck chairs and down a few stairs there is a small lawn and a shaded terrace with seating for al fresco dining and the laundry room.
The first floor consists of the twin bedroom and a double bedroom that share a bathroom. The double bedroom can also be accessed by a staircase from the front of the house. The staircase is spiral and leads up to the master ensuite bedroom on the second floor with a private roof terrace.
The kitchen facilities are basic so more suited to groups that are looking at mainly eating out….

End cleaning is not included in the cost; it is 75€ for all bookings. In all cases you are responsible for keeping the property and all its contents in the same state of cleanliness, repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday. The owner reserves the right to make deductions from the security deposit for any extra cleaning, over the number of hours committed to departure cleaning.
We recommend clients park outside of the old town, it is possible to drive right to the door of the property but the roads in the old town are extremely narrow and there is rarely parking spots. San Sebastian Parking is a good option and close to the house.
“Totally recommendable. It is a spacious house, tastefully decorated, bright and clean. There were indoor plants in the spacious and outdoor common areas that make the house very relaxing. Its location is unbeatable. The kitchens are small so I do not recommend that you consider making very elaborate meals or for many people. For breakfast and a snack are fine. No doubt if we return to Tarifa we will repeat the house.”
